Service Personal Data The Personal Data supplied by a Buyer to the Supplier in the course of the use of the G-Cloud Services for purposes of or in connection with this Call-Off Contract. Subcontract Any contract or agreement or proposed agreement between the Supplier and a subcontractor in which the subcontractor agrees to provide to the Supplier the G-Cloud Services or any part thereof or facilities or goods and services necessary for the provision of the G- Cloud Services or any part thereof. Subcontractor Any third party engaged by the Supplier under a subcontract (permitted under the Framework Agreement and the Call-Off Contract) and its servants or agents in connection with the provision of G-Cloud Services. Subprocessor Any third party appointed to process Personal Data on behalf of the Supplier under this Call-Off Contract. Supplier The person, firm or company identified in the Order Form. Supplier Representative The representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time in relation to the Call-Off Contract. Supplier staff All persons employed by the Supplier together with the Supplier’s servants, agents, suppliers and subcontractors used in the performance of its obligations under this Call-Off Contract. Supplier terms The relevant G-Cloud Service terms and conditions as set out in the Terms and Conditions document supplied as part of the Supplier’s Application. Term The term of this Call-Off Contract as set out in the Order Form. Variation This has the meaning given to it in clause 32 (Variation process). Working Days Any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England and Wales. Year A contract year. Schedule 7: GDPR Information This schedule reproduces the annexes to the GDPR schedule contained within the Framework Agreement and incorporated into this Call-off Contract. Annex 1: Processing Personal Data This ▇▇▇▇▇ shall be completed by the Controller, who may take account of the view of the Processors, however the final decision as to the content of this Annex shall be with the Buyer at its absolute discretion.
Personal Grievances A personal grievance is a particular type of employment relationship problem that normally must be raised with the employer within 90 days of the grievance arising. An employee may have a personal grievance where: • They have been dismissed without good reason, or the dismissal was not carried out properly. • They have been treated unfairly. • Their employment or a condition of their employment has been affected to their disadvantage by an unjustified action of their employer. • They have experienced sexual or racial harassment, or have been discriminated against because of their involvement in a union or other employee organisation, or have suffered duress over membership or non-membership of a union or other employee organisation. • They have been discriminated against in terms of the prohibited grounds of discrimination under the Human Rights Act 1993.
Restricted Employment for Certain State Personnel Contractor acknowledges that, pursuant to Section 572.069 of the Texas Government Code, a former state officer or employee of a state agency who during the period of state service or employment participated on behalf of a state agency in a procurement or contract negotiation involving Contractor may not accept employment from Contractor before the second anniversary of the date the Contract is signed or the procurement is terminated or withdrawn.
File Management and Record Retention relating to CRF Eligible Persons or Households Grantee must maintain a separate file for every applicant, Eligible Person, or Household, regardless of whether the request was approved or denied. a. Contents of File: Each file must contain sufficient and legible documentation. Documents must be secured within the file and must be organized systematically.
Personal Protective Clothing 11.1 On commencement of employment with the Employer each employee will be issued with the following; 11.2 Where the employee requires prescription glasses, the Employer shall ensure that appropriate eye protection is issued or where the employee has had his/her glasses hardened, reimburse the employee for the cost, provided that such glasses meet appropriate safety standards. 11.3 The above mentioned equipment will be maintained by the employee and replaced by the Employer on a fair wear and tear basis. 11.4 Intentionally left blank
