MORE THAN ONE PURCHASER Sample Clauses

The "More Than One Purchaser" clause defines how rights and obligations are managed when multiple parties jointly purchase an asset or enter into an agreement as buyers. Typically, this clause clarifies whether the purchasers are jointly and severally liable, how notices or payments are to be made, and how decisions among the purchasers are handled. For example, it may specify that any action taken by one purchaser binds all, or that all purchasers must act unanimously. The core function of this clause is to prevent confusion and disputes by clearly outlining the relationship and responsibilities among multiple purchasers, ensuring smooth administration of the contract.
