More than one trustee. If more than one Trustee is serving hereunder, any Trustee shall have the power to perform ministerial acts on behalf of the Trust created herein, but the agreement of a majority of the Trustees then serving shall be necessary for the performance of any discretionary acts by the Trustees. Ministerial acts shall include, by way of illustration but not limitation, the power to sign checks and other negotiable instruments, and other documents. Discretionary acts shall include, by way of illustration but not limitation, the decision to make distributions of income and principal, decisions as to the form of investments, and the like.
