If ordering a Direct Order Related Product such as supplies, tools and equipment (e.g., tool storage containers, janitorial/cleaning supplies, power tools, battery charger, wheel balancers) that may be used for either Light Duty Vehicles or Heavy Duty Vehicles or Heavy Equipment, and if the agreed-upon NYS Cost-Plus Percentage for Lot 1 is 20%, and the NYS Cost-Plus Percentage for Lot 2 is 30%, then the NYS Cost-Plus Percentage applied to the OEM Invoice Price shall be 20%;
