MOVE-IN INSPECTION. If a Security Deposit is accepted by the Landlord, an inspection report with a list of all damage on the Premises must be given to the Tenant. The Tenant will be requested to verify the inspection report and sign to help protect their Security Deposit at the end of the Lease Term.
