Moving and Relocation Expenses. ‌ Option 1 [If required by law or otherwise,] Employee agrees to establish residence within the corporate boundaries of the municipality, within [number] months of employment, and thereafter to maintain residence within the corporate boundaries of the municipality. Option 2 Unless prohibited by law, Employee agrees to establish residence within the corporate boundaries of the municipality, within [number] months of employment, and thereafter to maintain residence within the corporate boundaries of the municipality. Option 3 Employee is not obligated to live within the corporate boundaries of the municipality, but is encouraged to do so. Should Employee move into the corporate boundaries of the municipality within the first year of employment, Employer shall reimburse Employee as set forth above.
