Moving Items. Tenants must put back lounge chairs, tables, bricks, lights, kayaks, paddles boards, furniture, umbrella’s back in the general location that they found them in when they checked in or there be a $200 fee taken from the deposit.
Moving Items. To establish reasonable controls and rules for the purpose of regulating all property and packages, both personal and otherwise, to be moved into or out of the Building and Leased Premises and all persons using the Building after normal office hours.

  • Punch List If, at any time after the Project has been Physically Completed, there shall exist any item or items requiring completion or correction, then the Developer agrees to use all reasonable diligence to complete or correct such item or items so that each conforms to the Final Plans. The parties shall make a Punch-List of the items requiring completion or correction (the "Punch List"). Each item on the Punch-List shall be assigned a reasonable value based upon the reasonable cost of completion or correction of the same or such other value as may be required by the Owner's lender ("Punch-List Amount"). The Developer shall give its written undertaking to complete each such item within forty-five (45) days (or such other period of time as is mutually agreed upon by the parties).

  • Electrical Items All electrical items purchased under this Grant Agreement/Contract or used in the performance of approved and eligible grant-funded activities must meet all applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and regulations, and bear the appropriate listing from Underwriters Laboratory (UL), Factory Mutual Resource Corporation (FMRC), or National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA).

  • Items All bid items are to be NEW and of most current production, unless otherwise specified.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Prepaid Items All prepaid expenses relating to the Station.
