Moving out of the Premises. (a) If you are a pre-payment meter customer and you advise us of the date you will be moving out of the premises, then we will ensure you can retrieve all remaining credit on the pre-payment meter at the time you leave the premises. (b) If you do not advise us as described above, then you will lose any credit remaining on the pre-payment meter.
