Moving Sites. Switching or moving seasonal campsites within the campground is subject to a $250 fee. (this fee applies to the physical move of a trailer, not to a seasonal who sells their trailer and purchases another). As in all well-managed campgrounds, there must be standards, which direct the use and appearance of individual sites. This, in turn, provides a consistent and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere throughout the entire campground. The below information are general guidelines that must be adhered to by all seasonal campers. ▇▇▇▇▇ Pond reserves the right to alter these guidelines based on individual site specifics and site location within the park. Do not assume that your site is eligible to stray from these guidelines without expressed written consent from ▇▇▇▇▇ Pond management. A maximum of three structural features are allowed per site, in addition to the trailer/RV. Three of the following structural features are permitted: • Deck adjoining trailer, with or without a non-permanent canopy • Storage building • Temporary pavilion/gazebo, with or without canopy • Canopy separate from deck. Note: only one canopy or pre-existing roof is permitted per site • Wooden platform separate from deck, with or without canopy
