MPU Products. During the term of this Agreement and subject to Section 2.1(b), AMD agrees to purchase all of AMD’s and the Remaining Discovery Subsidiaries’ MPU Product requirements from FoundryCo Sales Entities in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, provided that if FoundryCo is not in compliance with its obligations to provide the agreed to capacity or to provide all of the MPU Products pursuant to the Binding Forecasts and applicable purchase orders in a timely manner, within the Yield requirements, on Qualified Processes and in accordance with the Specifications, then the parties agree to meet, discuss and implement a mutually acceptable corrective action plan to address such non-compliance as well as a mutually acceptable plan to allow FoundryCo to provide the agreed to capacity and to provide all of the MPU Products pursuant to the Binding Forecasts and applicable purchase orders in a timely manner, within the Yield requirements, on Qualified Processes and in accordance with the Specifications going forward.   • Licensed Products Lessee will obtain no title to Licensed Products which will at all times remain the property of the owner of the Licensed Products. A license from the owner may be required and it is Lessee's responsibility to obtain any required license before the use of the Licensed Products. Lessee agrees to treat the Licensed Products as confidential information of the owner, to observe all copyright restrictions, and not to reproduce or sell the Licensed Products.
