MSA. BCPSS shall make available in the schools in which the teachers are expected to administer the Mandatory Standardized Assessment (MSA) examination, copies of all current reference books and manuals that are prepared for teachers by MSDE about MSA. BCPSS shall notify teachers in the schools about conferences or training programs organized by MSDE about the MSA in which teachers may participate.
