Common use of MSA Clause in Contracts

MSA. This MSA is effective as of the date of execution and will remain in effect untilterminated by one of the parties. Either party may terminate this MSA for anyreason or no reason upon at least thirty (30) days’ advance written notice, provided, however, that termination of this MSA will not, by itself, result in thetermination of any Service Contract, and this MSA will remain in effect notwithstanding any notice of termination unless and until all Service Contracts are terminated or expire according to their terms.
