Common use of Multi-Center Studies Clause in Contracts

Multi-Center Studies. If the Study is part of a multi-center trial, Investigator agrees that the first Publication will be a joint Publication covering all study sites and that any subsequent Publication by Investigator will reference that primary Publication.
