Multicast Sample Clauses

The Multicast clause defines the rules and permissions regarding the simultaneous transmission of data or content to multiple recipients over a network. In practice, this clause typically outlines the technical standards, protocols, and any restrictions or requirements for using multicast technology within the scope of the agreement, such as specifying which parties are authorized to initiate multicast transmissions or how multicast addresses are managed. Its core function is to ensure efficient and controlled distribution of information to multiple endpoints, preventing unauthorized use and clarifying responsibilities for network resources.
