Multiple Adjustments. If any action or transaction would require adjustment of the number of shares of Common Stock to be delivered to the Warrantholder upon exercise of this Warrant pursuant to more than one paragraph of this Section 6.1, only one adjustment shall be made and each such adjustment shall be the amount of adjustment that has the highest absolute value.
