Multiple Agreements. This Agreement shall be deemed to constitute multiple separate agreements among the parties with respect to each Fund listed on Appendix A, and each provision herein shall be construed accordingly. This Agreement may be terminated in accordance with its terms with respect to a particular Fund without affecting the ongoing effectiveness of this Agreement with respect to any other Fund. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 15G, no Fund shall be deemed a third-party beneficiary under this Agreement with respect to any matter hereunder pertaining to another Fund.
