Multiple Agreements. Notwithstanding Section 9.15 hereof, if PCP is a party to more than one agreement with VISTA or a VISTA Affiliate for the provision of Covered Services to Members, VISTA shall have the right to determine, in VISTA's sole discretion, whether this Agreement or such other agreement governs with respect to the amount of reimbursement for Covered Services provided to a particular Member which VISTA is obligated to pay PCP.
