Common use of Multiple Awards Clause in Contracts

Multiple Awards. Multiple awards may be issued as a result of the solicitation. Multiple Awards will ensure that any ensuing Master Agreements fulfill current and future requirements of the diverse and large number of Participating Public Agencies. The City of Kansas City, MO reserves the right to award the contract locally and/or nationally in the aggregate, by section, multiple award, primary, secondary, and tertiary, whichever is in the best interest of the City of Kansas City, MO and Participating Public Agencies as a result of this solicitation. Proposals will be evaluated by the Lead Public Agency in accordance with, and subject to, the relevant statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations that govern its procurement practices. U.S. Communities Advisory Board members and other Participating Public Agencies will assist the Lead Public Agency in evaluating proposals. The Supplier(s) whose response(s) affirmatively meets the requirements of this Request for Proposal and provides the best overall value will be eligible for a contract award. U.S. Communities reserves the right to make available or not make available Master Agreements awarded by a Lead Public Agency to Participating Public Agencies.
