Multiple Counterparts; Electronic Signatures. This First Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an original but all of which shall constitute but one and the same instrument. Signature pages may be delivered with original signatures or by photostatic reproduction, telephonic facsimile transmission, email or other electronic transmission or other similar means whereby each original signature has been reproduced (including pdf or any electronic signature complying with the U.S. federal ESIGN Act of 2000, e.g., ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇), and all reproduced signatures shall be deemed “electronic signatures” and equivalent to an original signature for all purposes.
