Common use of Multiple Notices Clause in Contracts

Multiple Notices. If more than one notice of redemption is given pursuant to this Condition 11, the first of such notices to be given shall prevail, save that a notice given pursuant to Condition 11(c) shall prevail over a notice given pursuant to Condition 11(b) in circumstances where a Triggering Event Put Date falls prior to the Optional Redemption Date.
