Common use of Multiple-Person Firm Clause in Contracts

Multiple-Person Firm. If this box is checked, the individual designated by Brokerage Firm to serve 37 as the broker of Buyer and to perform the services for Buyer required by this Buyer Listing Contract is called 39 Broker. If more than one individual is so designated, then references in this Buyer Listing Contract to Broker 40 includes all persons so designated, including substitute or additional brokers. The brokerage relationship exists 41 only with ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and does not extend to the employing broker, Brokerage Firm or to any other brokers 43 employed or engaged by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Firm who are not so designated.
