Common use of Multiple Requests Clause in Contracts

Multiple Requests. During certain times of the year when numerous vacation requests are received, the possibility exists that not all requests can be granted. Where a conflict arises in which not all employee vacation requests can be approved for the same date(s), the operational needs of the Court shall govern. However, the manager shall consider whether any of the employees requesting vacation worked the prior year on the date(s) requested, and if so, the employees who previously worked will be given priority, on a first-come, first-served basis.
