Common use of Multiple RESIDENTS Clause in Contracts

Multiple RESIDENTS. Each Resident who signed the Rental Agreement must sign this Pet Addendum, as a condition precedent to the pet being allowed to enter the Premises or common areas. Resident, Resident’s guests, and any occupants must follow all pet rules. Each Resident is jointly and severally (a) liable for any and all injuries or damages caused by the pet, and (b) obligated to perform all other obligations set forth in this Pet Addendum, even if the Resident does not own the pet.

Multiple RESIDENTS. Each Resident who that has signed the Rental Agreement must Lease shall sign this Pet Addendum, as a condition precedent Addendum to the pet being allowed Rental Lease and agrees to enter the Premises or common areas.
