Common use of Multiple Shifts Clause in Contracts

Multiple Shifts. 909.1 On a three (3)- s h i ft operation commencing on Monday at the established starting time for the day shift then in effect, the 15th or Friday graveyard shift ending on or before 8:00 a.m. Saturday morning will be considered Friday work. 909.2 The Saturday graveyard shift ending on or before 8:00 a.m. Sunday morning will be considered Saturday work. The Sunday graveyard shift ending on or before 8:00 a.m. Monday morning will be considered Sunday work. 909.3 Work performed at times considered Saturday and Sunday under multiple shift arrangements shall be paid for at the appropriate straight-time hourly rate.
