The Multiple Usage clause defines the rights and limitations regarding the repeated use of a product, service, or intellectual property covered by the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies whether the purchaser or licensee can use the item more than once, such as installing software on multiple devices or reproducing materials for various projects. Its core function is to clarify the extent of permitted use, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes over unauthorized or excessive usage.
Multiple Usage. The Production Planner must check if the part to be changed is subject to multiple usages in other projects or systems. In this case, the CAPA team must be informed which in turn informs every Project Team which is concerned by the projected change. All further proceedings are agreed on by and co-ordinated between the Project Teams involved.

Multiple Usage. The software can only be used on up to three monitors connected to a single computer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Only in emergency cases can the licensee use the software on alternative units of the same type. Multiple usage of the software requires written permission from the licenser.

  • Excess Usage If during a Billing Period, In Energy is greater than zero (0), then Excess Usage for that Billing Period will be calculated. If Excess Usage is greater than zero (0), then for the Facility and any secondary account at the conclusion of that Billing Period: (i) kilowatt-hour usage will equal the value of Excess Usage and (ii) Unused Credits are equal to zero (0). If Excess Usage is equal to zero (0), then for the Facility and secondary accounts at the conclusion of that Billing Period: (i) kilowatt-hour usage is equal to zero (0) and (ii) Unused Credits are reduced by the value of In Energy, determined for that Billing Period, and that reduced value, in accordance with paragraph (C) Unused Credits of this Article IV, will remain for possible future application.

  • Word Usage Words used in the masculine shall apply to the feminine where applicable, and wherever the context of this Agreement dictates, the plural shall be read as the singular and the singular as the plural.

  • Leave Usage Full shift absences on vacation, sick leave, compensating time off, or holiday in lieu taken by employees on scheduled ten-hour workshifts shall result in the deduction of ten (10) hours from employees’ accrued leave balances.

  • Enhanced Optional Daily Usage File (EODUF) 12.1 The Enhanced Optional Daily Usage File (EODUF) service Agreement with terms and conditions is included in this Attachment as Exhibit D. Rates for EODUF are as set forth in Exhibit E of this Attachment. 12.2 BellSouth will provide EODUF service upon written request to its Account Manager stating a requested activation date.   • Maximum Drawing Amount The maximum aggregate amount that the beneficiaries may at any time draw under outstanding Letters of Credit, as such aggregate amount may be reduced from time to time pursuant to the terms of the Letters of Credit.
