Multiple Users. The Internet Service and Atlantic Broadband Equipment shall be used only by you and by members of your immediate household living with you at the same address. You acknowledge that you are executing this Agreement on behalf of all persons who use the Internet Service. You shall have sole responsibility for ensuring that all other users understand and comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and provisions incorporated herein by reference. You further acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for and liable for any and all breaches of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, whether the breach is the result of use of the Internet Service and/or Atlantic Broadband Equipment, by you or by any other user.
Multiple Users. Customer acknowledges that Customer is executing this Agreement on behalf of all persons who use the Service and/or CloudConnect Equipment through Customer's computer(s), phone systems, PBXs and other telecommunications equipment. Customer shall have sole responsibility for ensuring that all such other users understand and comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Customer further acknowledges and agrees that Customer is solely responsible and liable for any and all breaches of the terms and conditions of this Agreement whether such breach is the result of use of the Service and/or the CloudConnect Equipment by Customer or any other user of Customer's computer(s), phone systems, PBXs and other telecommunications equipment. Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CloudConnect against all claims and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of the use of the Service and/or CloudConnect Equipment by any other user of Customer's computer(s), phone systems, PBXs and other telecommunications equipment.
Multiple Users. This card will only be authorized for the use of the credit card holder, his/her minor(s), or any person(s) listed below.

If more than one USER seeks to obtain A Type 1 or Type 2 permit to operate overweight vehicles on weight restricted highways that are the subject of an active permit held by another USER, the prospective and current USERS me agree among themselves as to their relative responsibility for the cost of excess maintenance and each USER may then enter into an Agreement with the POSTING AUTHORITY to be billed according to their agreed upon shares. If the USERS cannot agree upon on their relative responsibility, the POSTING AUTHORITY will determine the relative shares and will enter into Agreements with and accept security from any USER agreeing to such determination. The preceding shall apply even if one or more users have already entered into an Agreement and posted security when another USER expresses the desire to obtain a permit to operate on the same highway.

Multiple Users. In the event that there are multiple users on any Designated Haul Routes;
a) A list of all developers using the same Designated Haul Routes shall be distributed to each developer by the Town.
b) All interim and emergency repair costs (ref. Article VIII), as well as all final road repair costs (ref. Article VI), incurred after multiple Road Use Agreements are in place, shall be shared by the Developer(s). Any costs incurred before multiple Road Use Agreements and in place, shall be borne by the original Developer(s).
c) Consideration will be given to not requiring a pre-use road and bridge survey (reference Article IV) by subsequent developers; after the first developer has completed its pre-use road and bridge survey.
Multiple Users. Customer acknowledges that Customer is executing an Agreement on behalf of all persons who use the WISP equipment and/or service through Customer's computer. Customer shall have sole responsibility for ensuring that all such other users understand and comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Customer further acknowledges and agrees that Customer is solely responsible and liable for any and all breaches of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, whether such breach is the result of use of the service and/or WISP equipment by Customer or by another user of Customer's computer. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WISP against all claims and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees arising out of the use of the service and/or equipment by any other user of Customer's computer).
Multiple Users. If more than one party signs this Agreement as User, all such Users shall be jointly and severally liable for the breach of any term, covenant or condition hereof, and for all damages caused or permitted by any User or the guests or invitees of any User.

Client shall have sole responsibility for ensuring that all such other users understand and comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Client further acknowledges and agrees that Client is solely responsible and liable for any and all breaches of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including without limitation these Terms and Conditions whether such breach is the result of use of the Service and/or the Crosswind- provided Equipment by Client or any other user of Client's computer(s), phone systems, PBXs and other telecommunications equipment. Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Crosswind Parties, pursuant to Section 14 above, from and against any Losses of any kind arising out of or otherwise relating to the use of the Service
