Common use of Multiple versions Clause in Contracts

Multiple versions. If NI distributes the Software on installation media containing multiple versions of the Software for use with different operating systems or makes the same available through download, Customer may use the Software with more than one operating system provided that Customer may not use the Software on more computers than Customer are permitted by Customer's license and Customer's use of the Software otherwise is in accordance with the terns of this Agreement.
