Multiple Year Agreement Sample Clauses

A Multiple Year Agreement clause establishes that the contract will remain in effect for more than one year, typically specifying a fixed term or renewal periods. In practice, this means the parties are committed to their obligations over several years, which may include annual reviews, adjustments, or performance milestones. This clause provides long-term stability and predictability for both parties, ensuring continuity of service or supply and reducing the need for frequent renegotiation.
