Common use of Mutual Contract Clause in Contracts

Mutual Contract. This Contract may be terminated by mutual Contract of ▇▇▇▇▇ and the BOARD in writing upon mutually agreed upon terms and conditions. Termination under this provision does not require the BOARD to pay any or all of the Severance Pay pursuant to Section 12B above unless expressly agreed to by the parties at the time of the mutual separation.
