Common use of Mutual Covenant Clause in Contracts

Mutual Covenant. Each Party covenants to the other Party that in the course of performing its obligations or exercising its rights under this Agreement, it shall comply with all Applicable Laws, including as applicable, GMP, GCP, and GLP standards, and shall not employ or engage any party who has been debarred by any Regulatory Authority, or, to such Party’s knowledge, is the subject of debarment proceedings by a Regulatory Authority.
