Mutual Indemnities. Each party indemnifies the other Party for all Loss suffered or incurred by that other party arising from: (a) personal injury (including illness and disability) or death; and (b) damage to that other party’s physical property (up to the value of the damage to the damaged property); to the extent it is caused directly by the negligence of the indemnifying party in connection with this Agreement.
