Mutual Negotiation. TENANT AND THE PORT AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS PROVISION IS THE PRODUCT OF MUTUAL NEGOTIATION. Tenant’s obligations under this Section 11.1 shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement.
