Mutual Obligations. During and after the term of the Agreement, neither Party will use nor disclose the other Party’s Confidential/Proprietary Information, except for the purpose of providing, receiving or using the Merchandise or Services in accordance with this Agreement, or as may be required by applicable law, regulation or court order.
