Mutual Obligations. 1. The Parties jointly provide for adequate exchange of information about the child. 2. The Parties transfer the responsibility for the child to each other in the following manner: a. In case of Day Nursery: when dropping off the child the Parent is responsible and when picking up the Child the Proprietor until the Parties can within reason assume that the transfer of responsibility took place. b. In case of Out-of-School Care: the way that the child comes to and leaves the Out-of-School Care determines the transfer of responsibility for the child. The Parties agree on Written arrangements about this.
