Common use of Mutual Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Mutual Responsibilities. The parties shall cooperate to fulfill the following mutual responsibilities: (a) Students shall be treated as trainees who have no expectation of receiving compensation or future employment from the Hospital or the School.
