Name and Location of Office Clause Samples

The "Name and Location of Office" clause specifies the official name and physical address of a party's principal office as recognized in the agreement. This clause typically requires the parties to provide accurate and up-to-date information about their main place of business, which may be used for official correspondence, service of notices, or legal purposes. By clearly identifying where each party is based, the clause ensures clarity in communication and helps prevent disputes related to the proper delivery of notices or the identification of the parties involved.
