Common use of Name and Location Clause in Contracts

Name and Location. Each of CSSW Parent and the Borrower shall, and shall cause each of the Borrower’s Subsidiaries to, maintain its name, its jurisdiction of organization, its “location” (as defined in Section 9-307 of the UCC), its organizational type and its Federal Employee Identification Number unless the Borrower shall have given the Collateral Agent 30 days’ prior written notice prior to any such change (or 10 days’ prior written notice of a change in name) and all actions reasonably requested by the Collateral Agent to preserve and perfect the Liens of the Security Documents with respect to the Collateral shall have been taken.
