Common use of Name and Title Clause in Contracts

Name and Title. The Trust hereunder shall be known as the "Ontario Non-Union Education Trust (ONE-T)/ Fiducie des employées et des employés non-syndiqués en éducation de l’Ontario (FENSÉO)," provided that the Trustees may change the name of the Trust or carry on business under a different name. The title to all assets of the Fund shall be jointly vested in the Trustees. The Trustees shall jointly hold the property of the Fund and shall deal with it in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The name of the Trust set out above may be used to refer to the Trustees collectively, and all agreements and other instruments may be entered into and executed by or on behalf of the Trustees in such name.
