Common use of NAME OF THE PROJECT Clause in Contracts

NAME OF THE PROJECT. The Project shall bear the name “▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ” or such other name as be decided by the Promoter from time to time. The Towers shall bear the names “Tower-1” and “Tower-2” or such other name as be decided by the Promoter from time to time. The name of the Project cannot be changed unless permitted by the Promoter in writing and it shall not be necessary for the Promoter to grant any such permission.

The name of the Project cannot be changed unless permitted by the Promoter in writing and it shall not be necessary for the Promoter to grant any such permission.
