Common use of Name or Address Change Clause in Contracts

Name or Address Change. It is your responsibility to notify the Credit Union upon a change of address or change of name. The Credit Union is only required to attempt to communicate with you at the most recent address you have provided to the Credit Union. The Credit Union will accept change of address notices by written instruction and may require any other notice from you to the Credit Union be provided in writing. If the Credit Union attempts to locate you, the Credit Union may impose a service fee as set forth on the Current Fee Schedule contained in this booklet.
