Common use of Name or Address Change Clause in Contracts

Name or Address Change. Not change its name or address except upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to Bank and delivery to Bank of any items requested by Bank to maintain perfection and priority of Bank's security interests and access to Obligor's books and records.
