Name or Address Change. It is your responsibility to notify the Credit Union upon a change of address or change of name. An undeliverable address fee will be charged on the last day of every month on members’ accounts that have an invalid address (per returned mail from the USPS, refer to the current fee schedule.) The Credit Union is only required to honor items drawn upon the name as listed on the account and to attempt to communicate with you only at the most recent address you have provided the Credit Union.
