NAME; PURPOSE; TERM AND CERTIFICATE. Section 2.1 Name; Formation The Partners hereby form the limited partnership to be known as "▇▇▇▇▇-Benchmark Properties Limited Partnership", and such name shall be used at all times in connection with the Partnership's business and affairs; provided, however, that the Partnership may use trade names in its business operations.
