Common use of Named Fiduciary and Administrator Clause in Contracts

Named Fiduciary and Administrator. The "Named Fiduciary and Agreement Administrator" (Administrator) of this Agreement shall be First United Bancshares, Inc., until its resignation or removal by the Board of Directors. As Administrator, First United Bancshares, Inc. shall be responsible for the management, control and administration of the Agreement as established herein. It may delegate to others certain aspects of the management and operation responsibilities of the Agreement including the employment of advisors and the delegation of ministerial duties to qualified individuals.
