Within 15 business days of the Effective Date of this Settlement Agreement, USCIS will reissue a receipt notice indicating that the “filing date” or “receipt date” is the 14 date on which the initial rejected Form I-589, I-918, or I-918A was received by USCIS for each of the named Plaintiffs.
