Common use of Named User Clause in Contracts

Named User. the natural person who is employed within the Client’s organisation or who is self-employed, as well as – but not limited to – the person employed by or externally hired by the Client, who, under the Client’s responsibility and in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions, has been granted access to the Services and uses the functionalities of the Services under the Client’s responsibility.
