Common use of Names and Trade Names Clause in Contracts

Names and Trade Names. Each Obligor's name has, for the past five (5) years, been as set forth on the first page of this Agreement and no Obligor uses trade names, assumed names, fictitious names or division names in the operation of its business, except as set forth on SCHEDULE 11(j) hereto.
