Narrative Report Clause Samples

A Narrative Report clause requires one party, typically a service provider or contractor, to deliver a written summary detailing the progress, activities, or outcomes related to a project or engagement. This report often includes qualitative descriptions, timelines, challenges encountered, and achievements, providing stakeholders with a comprehensive overview rather than just quantitative data. The core function of this clause is to ensure transparency and keep all parties informed, facilitating oversight and informed decision-making throughout the duration of the project.
Narrative Report. 7.2.1 Interim narrative report(s) shall accompany each interim financial report. The interim narrative report(s) shall cover the activities performed and the results obtained by the Project during the relevant reporting period. The report(s) shall be analytical in approach, include a presentation of difficulties and shortcomings, and a discussion of possible remedies. 7.2.2 The final narrative report shall be submitted to IOM no later than [Date (B)] and shall summarize the whole Project and state to what extent the objectives of the Project have been achieved.
Narrative Report. Simultaneously with the delivery of each set of consolidated financial statements referred to in Sections 5.01(a) and (b) above, a Narrative Report;
Narrative Report. For each required visitation, the observer shall prepare a brief, signed narrative report that shall be distributed only to the faculty member and his/her chair. The department chair shall schedule a conference with the faculty member to discuss the report. A copy of the report shall be entered into the faculty member’s personnel file for use in tenure and promotion reviews. The faculty member shall have the right to append a response to the report at the time that it is entered into the personnel file.
Narrative Report. The project scheduler shall provide a narrative with each schedule update which shall include the following information. i. Introduction: An executive summary of the schedule narrative. ii. Project Description: A brief description of the Project. iii. Discussion of changes and variances by each Contract and specific recommendations. iv. Anticipated award dates, actual award dates, contractors selected and any recommendations for changes to the bid strategy going forward.
Narrative Report. As part of the CPM schedule update, the Contractor prepares a written narrative report, highlighting the progress during the past update period. This written report includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following information: a. Summary of Work accomplished during the past update period; b. Contract milestone comparison chart; c. Analysis of critical path(s); d. Analysis of time lost/gained during the update period; e. Identification of problem areas; and f. Recommended solutions to current problems.
Narrative Report. Each narrative report must, in five (5) pages or less, summarize how the grant funds were used and the results that were achieved. The report will be used by UNF staff to evaluate and provide an overview of your work to our Board of Directors. Please address the following topics in your report: a. Please describe any notable accomplishments (updates on major meetings, achieved benchmarks, major gifts, etc.). For each accomplishment, please describe any activities that contributed substantially to these successes. b. Address all challenges or obstacles that were experienced with respect to performance of the project during the reporting period. Were these challenges outlined in the original grant proposal? Describe how these challenges were addressed and if it is possible to prevent them from reoccurring. c. Please describe the tangible results of the project. What did the project produce (e.g. print publications, scholarship, conference costs)? If your grant was for operating support, please include how the accomplishments were supported with operating funds (e.g.: staff salary, meeting expenses, supplies, etc.). We would like to know the productive activities that are produced by supporting your operational infrastructure. d. Please submit copies of significant reports, books or media productions that stem from your efforts in connection with this grant.
