NASA Inventions. a. No invention or patent rights in NASA or its Related Entity’s inventions are exchanged or granted under this Agreement except as provided herein. b. Upon request, NASA will use reasonable efforts to grant Partner a negotiated license, under 37 C.F.R. Part 404, to any NASA invention made under this Agreement. c. Upon request, NASA will use reasonable efforts to grant Partner a negotiated license, under 37 C.F.R.
