Common use of Nasdaq Quotation Clause in Contracts

Nasdaq Quotation. Parent shall use its reasonable best efforts to cause the shares of Parent Common Stock issuable to the stockholders of the Company in the Merger (including the shares of Parent Common Stock reserved for issuance with respect to Company Options) to be eligible for quotation on the NASD National Market (or other national market or exchange on which Parent Common Stock is then traded or quoted) prior to the Effective Time.

Nasdaq Quotation. Parent shall use its reasonable best efforts to cause the shares of Parent Common Stock issuable to the stockholders shareholders of the Company in the Merger (including the shares of Parent Common Stock reserved for issuance with respect to Company Options) to be eligible for quotation on the NASD National Market (or other national market or exchange on which Parent Common Stock is then traded or quoted) prior to the Effective Time.
